I am an established Australian artist based in Brisbane and a registered teacher.
I have exhibited and taught art in the greater Brisbane area, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas within my own " School Of Art Expression", and in numerous High Schools. Comprising a wide range of mediums such as oils, acrylics and pastels, the pieces cover a broad spectrum of subjects from sensitive life drawings to highly colourful and energetic paintings .
All of my art work is imbued with flowing movement and a 'lyrical' quality, employing colour and symbolism in perfect unison to inspire the viewer. My sketches capture the essence of the subject.
I am inspired by my three wonderful daughters, the beauty of nature and the lines of the human form, the wisdom of Ancient Culture, and the amazing power of the mind. Each of my artworks imparts light, feeling and movement as well as a visual and spiritual story.
