Hi Everyone,
Well, this week was interesting. I had a lot to work through this week. The main thing was the fact that I will be in New York when it is my daughters engagement party. Firstly I had to work through the guilt of not being here, then the sadness of missing out on seeing her on the day looking wonderfully happy. So I have ordered a wonderful table arrangement of flowers to arrive on the morning of the party, as well as two beautiful bunches of roses that she can place elsewhere in the house. Also, we have a beautiful close relationship. She knows I need to take up this opportunity in New York, and she knows I love her completely, whether I am at the party or not. I actually was prepared to fly back from New York after my opening night, except that I wouldn't make it. So I just need to accept it and when I come back I can spend time with her helping for her wedding.
I have just arrived home after a wonderful sauna, spa session. I haven't been to the Japanese bath house for many months and tonight was wonderful. I always know when my body needs it. I have been doing clearing all week, mentally, emotionally, and this was the physical....the spa, sauna then plunge pool....about 7 times for each chakra....I feel wonderful! My energy has heightened. I have a lot to do each day before I go....mainly little things, but necessary.
